2.5.5.4 Post-Eligibility
These policies apply to incarcerated people who are hospitalized and enrolled in Medical Assistance (MA).
A person must meet the post eligibility requirements that match their situation. People are in one of the following eligibility groups:

MA for People Who Are Age 65 or Older and People Who Are Blind or Have a Disability (MA-ABD)

MA for Long-Term Care Services (MA-LTC)
