Tribal Land Settlements and Trusts (Archive)

Most income from American Indian tribal land settlements, and some income from interest in tribal trust and other restricted Indian lands, is excluded when determining eligibility for Minnesota Health Care Programs.

Follow your agency's HealthQuest procedures for information on payments from settlements not listed in this section. If known, include the Public Law number.
