l MinnesotaCare major program BB, subgroup M, eligibility group 1.
l MA Method B spenddown standard.
l GAMC.
Income for the following must be greater than 75% FPG:
l GAMC Hospital Only (GHO).
l MinnesotaCare major program BB, subgroup M, eligibility group 3.
Note: The maximum income allowed for both of these groups is 175% FPG.
