Maximum Income Limit

75% FPG is the maximum income allowed for FFP for the following:

l  MA Method B spenddown standard.

l  MA-AX Adults without children.

Minimum Income Limit

75% FPG is the minimum income allowed for the following:

l  MinnesotaCare major program BB (Adults without children).

Some people with income less than 75% FPG who do not meet the criteria for Federal Financial Participation (FFP) may be able to get state-funded MinnesotaCare major program BB.
