Maximum Income Limit

100% FPG is the maximum income allowed for these programs:

l  MA Method B without a spenddown.

Note:  MA Method B clients with income greater than this FPG must use 75% FPG to determine the medical spenddown.

l  Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB).

l  MA Method A - Children ages 19-20.

l  MA Method A - Parents and caretakers of dependent children.

l  MA Method A Spenddown Standard.

l  MinnesotaCare major program FF, subgroup M, eligibility group 2.

l  MinnesotaCare major program JJ, subgroup M, eligibility group 2.

Minimum Income Limit

The minimum income allowed for MinnesotaCare major program FF, subgroup M, eligibility group 4 must be greater than 100% FPG:
