Maximum Income Limit

150% FPG is the maximum income allowed for the following:

l  MA Method A children ages two through 18 who do not have a spenddown.

Note:  Use 100% FPG to determine the medical spenddown if these children have income greater than 150% FPG.

l  MinnesotaCare major programs LL and KK, eligibility type 1 - infants to age 2.

l  MinnesotaCare major programs LL and KK, eligibility type C1 - children ages 2 to 21.

l  MinnesotaCare major programs LL and KK, eligibility type P1 - pregnant women.

Minimum Income Limit

Income for the following must be greater than 150% FPG:

l  MinnesotaCare major programs LL and KK, eligibility type I2 - infants to age 2.

l  MinnesotaCare major programs LL and KK, eligibility type C2 - children ages 2 to 21.

l  MinnesotaCare major programs LL and KK, eligibility type P2 - pregnant women.

Note:  Pregnant women ages 21 or over with income at or below 275% FPG may also be LL and KK, eligibility type P2.
