Maximum Income Limit

280% FPG is the maximum income allowed for the following:

l  MA Method A for children from birth through the month of their second birthday, if they do not have a spenddown.

l  Use 100% FPG to determine the medical spenddown if these children have income greater than 280% FPG.

Exception:  There is no income limit for children from birth through the month of their first birthday if they have an auto newborn basis of eligibility.
