4.2.2 Non-Financial Eligibility

This subchapter includes non-financial eligibility policies. This covers eligibility factors not related to a person’s income or assets. Medicare Savings Programs (MSP) follow many of the same non-financial eligibility policies as Medical Assistance (MA).
