The following groups of noncitizens qualify for federally funded health care regardless of their date of entry or length of time in the United States. They must meet all other health care program requirements to be eligible.
l American Indian noncitizens.
l Asylees.
l People certified as victims of trafficking by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).
l People with a T-Visa.
l People granted withholding of removal (formerly known as "withholding of deportation").
l Afghan and Iraqi Special Immigrants.
l Lawfully present noncitizen pregnant women and children.
