275% FPG is the maximum income allowed for the following:
l MA Pregnant Women who do not have a spenddown.
Note: Pregnant women with income greater than 275% FPG must use 100% FPG to determine the medical spenddown.
l MinnesotaCare major programs LL and KK, eligibility type P2 at initial enrollment.
Exception: Children under age 21 in this group are not subject to an income limit. They are eligible regardless of their household income.
l MinnesotaCare major program FF, eligibility type A2.
n Income for this group must be greater than 215% FPG.
Note: Non-pregnant adult parents and caretakers who have household income greater than $57,500 are not eligible for MinnesotaCare, even if income is less than or equal to 275% FPG.
l MinnesotaCare major program JJ, eligibility type A2.
