The MinnesotaCare for Volunteer Firefighters and Ambulance Attendants (MVFAA) premium is based on the average MinnesotaCare managed care capitation rate for adults without children.
Only the volunteer firefighter or ambulance attendant is covered under the MVFAA program rules.
