120% FPG is the maximum income allowed for the following:
l Service Limited Medicare Beneficiary (SLMB).
Note: Income for SLMB must be greater than 100% FPG.
Exception: People with incomes less than 100% FPG may receive SLMB for months before QMB is approved. See SLMB - Eligibility Begin Date.
Income for the following must be greater than 120% FPG:
l Qualified Individuals (QI).
Note: The maximum income allowed for QI is 135% FPG.
