Chapter 24 - Medical Spenddowns
l Section 24.15.25.05, Remedial Care Expense Deduction.
Information was added to the first paragraph to clarify that the remedial care expense deduction can be used as a health care expense deduction from income when using an LTC income calculation to determine an LTC spenddown or an SIS-EW waiver obligation.
There are minor wording changes in both examples.
