2.1.2 Non-Financial Eligibility

This subchapter provides non-financial eligibility policy that generally applies to all types of Medical Assistance (MA) and links to policies that apply to all Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP). Non-financial eligibility requirements are not related to a person’s income or assets. Non-financial eligibility policy that applies to a specific type of MA is located in the relevant MA chapter.
