2.5.4.2 Non-Financial Eligibility

This subchapter provides non-financial policy information that applies to Program IM. Non-financial eligibility requirements are not related to a person’s income or assets.

A person must meet the non-financial eligibility requirements that match their basis of eligibility. People are in one of the following eligibility groups:

• MA for People Who Are Age 65 or Older and People Who Are Blind or Have a Disability (MA-ABD)

• MA for Employed Persons with Disabilities (MA-EPD)

• MA for Families With Children and Adults (MA-FCA)

This subchapter includes links to the relevant MA-ABD and MA-FCA policies and links to policies that apply to all MA programs and all Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP).
