Maximum Income Limit

200% FPG is the maximum income allowed for these programs:

l  Qualified Working Disabled (QWD).

l  Medicare Part B reimbursement policy for MA for Employed Persons with Disabilities (MA-EPD).

l  MinnesotaCare major program FF, subgroup A, eligibility group 4.

Note:  These MinnesotaCare clients must have income above 175% FPG.

Minimum Limit

The minimum income allowed for these programs must greater than 200% FPG:

l  MinnesotaCare major program FF, subgroup A, eligibility group 2.

Note:  MinnesotaCare clients with income greater than 200% FPG must have income at or below 275% FPG.

l  MinnesotaCare major program JJ, subgroup A, eligibility group 2.

Note:  MinnesotaCare clients with income greater than 200% FPG must have income at or below 275% FPG.
