Maximum Income Limit

275% FPG is the maximum income allowed for these programs:

l  MA Pregnant Women without a medical spenddown.

Note:  Women with income greater than this FPG must use 100% FPG to determine the medical spenddown.

l  MinnesotaCare major program KK, subgroup P, eligibility group 2.

n  These MinnesotaCare clients must have income above 150% FPG if the client is a child under the age of 21.

l  MinnesotaCare major program LL, subgroup P, eligibility group 2.

n  These MinnesotaCare clients must have income above 150% FPG if the client is a child under the age of 21.
