4.1 Minnesota Family Planning Program
The Minnesota Family Planning Program (MFPP) is a health care program that covers family planning services and related health care services for people not enrolled in Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare.
MFPP eligibility is determined using a variety of non-financial, financial and post-eligibility requirements. All Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) policies and some Medical Assistance (MA) policies apply to MFPP. Other eligibility policies are specific to MFPP.
This subchapter includes policies that apply to MFPP and links to MHCP and MA policies that apply to the program.
