Welcome to the Minnesota Department of Human Services Health Care Programs Manual!
The current Health Care Programs Manual (HCPM) replaced the former version effective December 1, 2006.
l The HCPM is web-based and is designed to make it easier for users to navigate and locate the information they need to determine health care program eligibility.

n Previous versions of manual pages that have been updated are available through the ”r;Archive” link at the top of that manual page.
l Other News. The guide "Health Care Eligibility for Noncitizens" has recently been revised.
l Recent Updates. The HCPM may be updated with minor changes between manual letters. These changes will be announced in this section of the home page. A MAXIS e-mail to ALL will also be sent as a reminder to check for these updates.

The former version of the HCPM was redesigned; the current version became effective December 1, 2006.

Effective December 1, 2006, the current HCPM supersedes the former version of the manual. For health care program policy for periods prior to December 2006, see one of the following:
l MAXIS version of the former manual, which has been end-dated November 30, 2006. It is available for footer months prior to December 2006.
l Version that was on CountyLink, which has been archived. It remains available for health care program policy through November 30, 2006.
