4.1 Minnesota Family Planning Program

The Minnesota Family Planning Program (MFPP) is a health care program that covers family planning services and related health care services for people not enrolled in Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare.

MFPP eligibility is determined using a variety of non-financial, financial and post-eligibility requirements. All Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) policies and some Medical Assistance (MA) policies apply to MFPP. Other eligibility policies are specific to MFPP.
