Program IM

2.5.4.1 General Requirements

This subchapter provides general policy information that applies to Program IM. The relevant general requirements depends on the person’s MA basis of eligibility. People are in one of the following eligibility groups:

• MA for People Who Are Age 65 or Older and People Who are Blind or Have a Disability (MA-ABD)

• MA for Employed Persons with Disabilities (MA-EPD)

• MA for Families With Children and Adults (MA-FCA)
