According to DHS policy, bulletins that are more than two years old that are not reissued are obsolete. Do not refer to policy for Minnesota Health Care Programs in bulletins that are more than two years old. Bulletins regarding Minnesota Health Care Programs that are not listed here are either expired or policy is incorporated into the appropriate HCPM sections.
Information from the following bulletins will be added to the manual in a future update. Consult these bulletins for the most recent policy in addition to the relevant manual sections.
l Bulletin #12-21-08, "Access Services Information."
Note: Information included in Bulletin #10-21-10, "DHS Clarifies Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) Eligibility for Residents of Institutions for Mental Diseases (IMDs)," is in the process of being updated and transferred to the Health Care Programs Manual.
